Each online consult gives you a simple plan with steps to address pain prevent injuries and support long term performance. Sessions are held virtually so you get fast answers and practical solutions without extra doctor visits or late night Google searches.
Book your consult online. You will receive a link to schedule a time that works for you. Sessions are held virtually through Zoom or Google Meets.
You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your consult. The payment will be held as credit for a future session. Missed sessions without notice are not credited.
Have a quiet space and a reliable internet connection. Bring any recent test results or notes. Be ready to describe symptoms and demonstrate movements if needed.
These consults are for youth athletes, parents and coaches. Not for emergencies. If your athlete has severe pain or urgent medical needs call your doctor or visit the ER.
